Good news: Ebola survivors
MRC Director Mr. Abdul K. Jalloh has been visiting several occasions where survivors are released from treatment centres and given an "Ebola free" certificate. This picture shows the first pregnant survivor of Hastings treatment centre, a centre where MRC is one of the partners supporting the treatment centre. |
Big Ebola airlift arrives in Sierra Leone
A cargo plane completely filled with Ebola supplies arrived in Freetown on 21st September 2014, with Medical Research Centre being one of the recipients of the supplies. MRC's Director Mr. Abdul K. Jalloh was at Lungi airport Sunday 21st September 2014 together with the Deputy Minister of Health to witness the arrival of the supplies.
